Dojo

The Yamagawa Dojo is a place of learning and studying the traditional Japanese Martial Arts in the format conceptualised by the founder of Fudoshin Ryu, Robert Lawrence.

Darren Ball (Sensei to the students of the Yamagawa Dojo) oversees the development and continual training of the standard that embraces the traditionals and philosophies of the Samurai.

The Dojo is a place to study the 'Way', the Way of the Warrior is a path to inner peace, through the diligent study of combat and martial phiolosophy. Sensei Darren insists on all students to learn both Budo and Bujutsu, so that they may better learn to understand Bushido.
